2012 CAMBRIDGE ARTS & CRAFTS FAIRSPONSORED BY THE FRIENDS OF THE CAMBRIDGE COMMUNITY LIBRARY
Dear Vendor,
We hope that you will join us at the 31st annual Cambridge Arts & Crafts Fair, which will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2012, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 P.M. There are 90 vendor booths available in the two gymnasiums at Cambridge High School, 403 Blue Jay Way. There will be food available to vendors and to shoppers throughout the day.
We are very proud of the quality of handmade merchandise that vendors bring. Please note that the Friend's rules stipulate that only handmade products created within in the continental United States and by the artist in the booth may be sold. Rules also exclude slightly embellished or decorated merchandise.
Booth spaces are 100 square feet in either a 10x10 or 12.5x8 configuration. The fee is $60 for a single space or $120 for a double. Electricity is an additional cost of $10 for each space reserved and is limited. If you request electricity, please bring you own extension cords. You must bring your own tables and displays.
In order to participate in the 2012 Arts & Crafts Fair, we will need you to furnish the following materials:
A complete booth application form.
A complete Department of Revenue Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information form.
A check payable to the Friends of the Library.
Three color photos of your craft, a photo of you working on your craft (please put your name and address on the back of the photos), and a dated, paid receipt for supplies/materials which you use for you craft. These items will be returned to you the day of the fair.
A self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope for us to use when sending your booth assignment to you. If you need your receipts returned prior to the fair, please let us know and we will send those along with your booth assignment.

Print the Department of Revenue form, fill it out, scan and then email the forms to the above address, once you have printed and completed them.
We are unable to reserve any booths without receiving ALL of this information from you. We will do our best to satisfy your booth requests. No cancellation refunds will be issued after September 1, 2012.
If you would like to set up on Friday evening, November 2, 2012, from 5:00-8:00 P.M., please indicate this on your booth application form. According to the policy of the school district, we must vacate the high school no later than 8:00 P.M.
If you know of vendors who have not heard of our Arts & Crafts Fair, we would very much appreciate it if you would let us know about them--or let them know about us!
