Plant Sale Presentation
Wednesday, May 13     7:00 P.M.     Amundson Center
              Lisa Summers, local master gardener, will give a presentation about
"companion planting," focusing on vegetables.
 

FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY!
We are getting ready for the annual plant sale!  If you would like to help, we are looking for the following:
 
  • Gently used gardening or plant books
  • Decorative plant containers
  • Pots for transporting plants
  • Birdhouses
  • Tools
  • Windchimes
  • Garden wimseys
  • or, YOUR TIME!  You can come to the Amundson Center on Friday, May 15th, (any time after 9:00 A.M.) to help set up. 

 

This year we are featuring a silent auction.  Our auction items to date include two landscape designers willing to donate an hour's consultation and a garden statue.  If you would be willing to donate something for the auction, such as gardening magazine subscriptions, new plant containers, or new gardening books or DVDs, please call the library (423-3900).
